Received by an expert truffle hunter in a classic ancient Tuscan farmhouse on the green hills near Pisa, immersed in centuries-old woods with natural truffle grounds where your truffle hunting will take place. The warm and welcoming rustic Tuscan environment, with fireplace and open kitchen, is the setting for your lesson on the world of truffles and lunch with cooking class.
We’ll move on a walk to the most suitable wood according to the season (in search of the “scorzone” truffle, in the pine forest for the search for “bianchetto”, or further downstream for the search for “fine white” ).
On return cooking class is led by our Chef on the secrets of truffle dishes, then a special lunch that enhances what we found in the woods and exploits the things learned in the kitchen: truffle aperitif, fresh truffle pasta with fresh truffle, truffle egg, truffle dessert.
All paired with local wines, according to our experience of several generations.

Put a saucepan with water on the stove, to boil – Prepare the butter in a pan together with the cream with Parmigiano Reggiano and Truffle – As soon as the water in the pot has reached a boil, add salt to taste. and throw in the pasta – Turn on the pan, over low heat, when the pasta is almost cooked – As soon as the water in the pot has reached a boil, add salt to taste. and throw in the pasta – Strain the pasta after 8 minutes, leaving aside a little cooking water – Place the pasta in the previously prepared pan – Skip the pasta by adding a little cooking water – Serve and add the grated fresh truffle

in this experience (due to extreme cost of truffle) an ADULT is intended ≥12 (twelve) years old, MINOR 6-11 yo, CHILD 0-5 yo. IMPORTANT: this ON SITE experience lasts about 5 (five) hours and STARTS between 09.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m.
