A guided visit to our winery and tasting of Borgoluce sparkling and still wines, including a Sur lie, or Prosecco “col fondo” (with sediment), the authentic expression of the local wine culture, our Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. Brut, and Rive di Collalto Extra Dry, made from the best grapes of the Collalto hills, finishing off with the great reds Cabernet and Capifosso.
Plus charcuterie, made from the meat of free-range pigs, including sopressa, salami, pancetta and costella, buffalo-milk cheeses such as mozzarella, crescenza and caciotta.
BORGOLUCE RIVE DI COLLALTO BRUT VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE FALSTAFF 93 pts. Brilliant, sparkling silver green. Smells clear on the nose, floral, of ripe pears and white peaches, a hint of iodine and lemon juice round off the bouquet. Crisp and juicy on the palate, slightly elegant fruity glaze, dry yet creamy, clear and determined in the finish.
