One of the rooms with the Grandi Camini Mascheroni by Giulio Romano will be set up and reserved only for our guests who will be able to taste the TOP line of Allegrini wines guided by an expert, in an atmosphere that is simply unique in the world. A lunch will then follow, always in a reserved room, with dishes specially made by the chefs of allegrini to perfectly match the wines offered in combination.

VILLA DELLA TORRE, among the rare and precious jewels of the Italian Renaissance, is the work of the masters Giulio Romano and Michele Sanmicheli who designed its shapes between 1440 and 1562, according to the model of the ancient Roman DOMUS.Purchased in 2008 by Marilisa Allegrini, tofday hosts a Wine & Art relais and is home of the Villa della Torre wine company, a project followed by the daughters of Marilisa, Carlotta and Caterina.

    A gorgeous wine. This shows beautiful perfumes of ripe fruit, with hints of spicy oak and dried flowers. Full-bodied, with superfine, silky tannins and a long, long finish. Best from 2004 through 2008. 18,180 cases made. —JS

    Beautiful aromas of minerals, berries and violets, with just the right amount of toasted oak. Medium- to full-bodied, with fine tannins, but slightly austere on the finish. Best after 2002. 14,000 cases made. —JS

    This Veneto red is glorious and rich, yet sophisticated. Dark ruby color, it emits aromas of raisins and berries, and hints of cocoa and spice. It’s full-bodied, with chewy yet velvety tannins anda long, long finish. Best after 2001. 11,000 cases made. —JS
