Welcome in Col San Martino, in the heart of the UNESCO area of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, where our hospitality manager will introduce you to the life of the company. You’ll also have the pleasure of meeting the members of the Follador family, whose history dates back over 250 years. The family and all the staff will guarantee you a stay as guests and not as mere visitors. You’ll be guided through the spaces and processes of production, in which our expert technicians will introduce you to the world of wine with an overview of its realization, starting from the bunch of grapes to get to the bottle, passing through the innovative and exceptional Gianfranco Follador method. ®.
Then we transfer to the our farmhouse in the famous locality of “Torri di Credazzo”, where two medieval towers overlook the vineyards. In this splendid location, the tasting of our four flowers will take place. We’ll start from the famous “XZERO” Extra Brut, the wine with zero added sugars; to move on to the excellence of the “NANI DEI BERTI” Brut Rive, perfectly balanced, dry and lively. Then the elegance and fullness of the award winning “RUIOL CASTEI” Extra Dry. The tasting will end with the CRU “TORRI DI CREDAZZO” Extra Dry, fruity, elegant, with marked freshness, complexity and aromatic pleasantness. Tasting will be accompanied by a full lunch of local specialties made specifically for this wine pairing.

1769 / 2019 A HISTORY OF EXCELLENCE
In 1769 the Venetian Doge Alvise IV Mocenigo tasted the wine produced by Follador and his appreciation of its quality was such that he officially acknowledged and awarded its excellence in a certificate.
Ruiol Castei Prosecco Superiore. At the international competition “The Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships 2021” it won two medals: the GOLD award and the recognition as BEST IN CLASS in its category.
