Tuscan cuisine: countrystyle & refined
You will learn how to cook classic Tuscan dishes like experts, such as black croutons (with chicken entrails), “ribollita” vegetable and bread soup or “pappa” with tomato sauce, as well as a seasonal variety of meat main courses. and vegetables.
You will be able to perfectly match great Tuscan wines with great Tuscan dishes, just like in the most renowned restaurants.
