Experiment on your own the use of chocolate and cocoa in traditional tuscan plates,with the perfect pairing of wines & spirits.

The “Poldino” Restaurant is located in the Tenuta di San Rossore, once owned by HRH the King of Italy, and the Royal Family held in high esteem Sandro’s (current owner) great-grandfather.
